For Swiss customers, we recommend a packing station/border mailbox in Germany as is the e.g. on Swisspaket.de is offered

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods takes place in Germany within 1 – 3 days, in the case of deliveries abroad within 2 – 3 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have made any different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.

Frequently asked questions

When will my order be delivered?

If your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation incl. tracking number for tracking. This way, you always know exactly where your order is and when it is expected to be delivered. Normally, your order will be with you within 1-3 business days.

Is it possible to deliver to a packing station?

Yes, we also deliver to packing stations. Please enter the postal number and the number of the packing station at the address.

What should I do if my delivery address changes?

Simply change your address under “My Account” and save the address again.

I received an incomplete or incorrect delivery?

If you have received an incomplete or incorrect delivery, we would like to apologize in advance. Please contact our customer service. The latter will immediately take care of a replacement delivery and the replacement.

What happens if I’m not at home?

If you are generally difficult to reach at home, we offer you the possibility to have the order delivered in advance to a different delivery address (e.g. to the place of work).

If the package could not be delivered on the first delivery attempt, another delivery attempt will be made or you will receive a notification that your package has been placed in the nearest post office.
